With so much technology available it has never been easier to communicate with your Virtual Assistant.

The best way to communicate really will depend on YOU! What you feel comfortable with & the task(s) you want completing.

Whether that's a telephone conversation or a quick text, an email or Whatsapp, file sharing via dropbox, google docs or office 365, video calling through skype or zoom. You may want a weekly update with a coffee over facetime, or, if you are local to Harrogate, a face to face at Costa.

How do I keep track of hours worked?

At Va-Vos I use a time management tool that tracks all hours worked, on what days, with an explanation of what tasks were preformed. This is then emailed to you on a weekly basis, allowing both you and I to keep track of hours used.
